All Pebble & Puff orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
After processing, standard shipping typically takes 5–12 business days.
Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Pebble & Puff is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, high-volume seasons, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Pebble & Puff is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
